Happy New Year!

Egyptian pyramidsIt’s a bright new year, with a clean slate ahead of us. I choose to believe the forces of evil will be defeated, humor will return to the media, and we are all smart enough to know politicians won’t change anything. It’s up to us to make a difference in the world around us.

So my new year’s resolution is to give what I can to those who need it, to smile at everyone whether they deserve it or not, and to bring as much pleasure to my readers as I am able. That really is the trick, isn’t it? To do the best we can with what we are given.

So hugs to you my wonderful readers, and may the new year bring you blessings that you may not have expected!

  1. Happy new year! I wish you blessings, good health, and a load of happiness through out the year!
I just discovered your books. The first I’ve read is the missing heiress. I didn’t know it was a series, and I found it delightful. Now I am reading the first one, it’s equally captivating. I don’t want to be pushy, but I can’t wait to read the sequel to the Missing Heiress. Thank you for providing me with the pleasure of reading your stories. What would life be without a good book and a cup of coffee? Too bleak to even imagine. Peace and love, JoAn

    • Thank you for the kind words! It’s good to know Missing Heiress stands on her own. I work hard to make each book stand alone but still follow the characters through the series. I hope you’ve found the first book, The Secrets of Wycliffe Manor, by now. And if you have a chance, sign up for my newsletter. I give newsletter readers special opportunities to buy books at a discount you can’t find elsewhere. Plus, you get free books for signing up. As you say, where would be without a good book and a cup of coffee? Welcome to my world!

  2. Huge fan. Agreed on what actions we can take in our own small ways. I also pray for open eyes, ears, mind, heart and soul. Getting back to your books, wondering if you have found stories for your crystal magic characters Harvey, Tula and Dinah and would love to see more crossing of characters between the modern day Malcolm’s et al.
