Summer Lost

smoking volcanoIt’s September! I don’t think we had a summer. That happened in the Regency era when a volcano coated the skies in ash. I’m very afraid we’re doing that now with pollution, and I’ll have to find where the sun lives. At least, we finally have tomatoes !

Did your summer fly by as mine did? I’m pretty sure they’re making the calendars shorter. Remember when Christmas used to be a million years away? Now, it’s always just around the corner. All I can do is keep my calendar in front of me and try to meet deadlines and not forget play dates and birthdays and blog days and. . . I’m not sure there’s time to remember what day it is.

But I do remember Book #2, MYSTERY OF THE MISSING HEIRESS, in the Gravesyde Priory series is due out in a few weeks! Mixing romance and mystery in the Regency era is just too much fun…
