I intend to blame Mercury retrograde for my not getting much done this month. I just bought a new laptop to work on when I’m not at my desk, so I’ve been trying to learn its idiosyncrasies. It has a camera! And a microphone! And it sees me when I turn it on. . . Except when it doesn’t. Which it didn’t a few weeks ago. I should have known then that Mercury had turned its back on me. But it wasn’t until my two-year old monitor started developing lines across the screen that I had a sneaking suspicion I was in trouble.
We will not talk about the new printer that quit working at the same time. . . So, that’s how my month went. I hope Mercury didn’t test your patience as it did mine!
