I notice a lot of us are baking to ease the boredom. I blew my supplies on a pound cake some weeks back and have been trying to restock ever since! I have the basics now, but the kids are home from the university and they’re vegan and now I have to add things like vegan butter and oat milk if I’m to make desserts. . . The likelihood of that order being delivered anytime soon is slim. I hope the rest of you have found ways around the shortages!
